Dr. Posada, who obtained a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University in 2007, is currently employed as a Post Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at West Virginia University. He worked as an associate professor at Pontificia Bolivariana University in Medellin, Colombia. His teaching experience includes three graduate and eight under graduate courses, as well as nine years of research experience at WVU and Pontificia Bolivariana University. He is a member of the Pontificia Bolivariana University AIAA Chapter. His research activities involve aerodynamics, fluids, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and aircraft design. He was part of a design team of the new Colombian Air Force training aircraft. Guiding students to continue higher degrees in other countries is a part of his community service activities.
